I need some help I havent been able to fall asleep sleep in 4 days!When I eventally fall asleep I only get 4 hours of sleep. I need some sleeping tips I will rate if you anwser. Anything will help.

I gave you that reading because you didnot help me you dident even answer my question. Why would you give me false hope when i see somone has answerd my question and you dont even awnser my question at all i havent sleept in like 7 days i need help not THREATS!!
