Well, you o have a chance of getting pregnant everytime you have sex; precum included. However, the percentage is lower slighly.
Some signs of pregnancy would include:
-Late period
-Spotting/Bloody discharge
-Morning Sickness
-Headaches
-Cramping
You may want to take an at home pregnancy test close to your period and go to a doctor and get on birth control to always have a back up in case that happens again.
But remember, the only way to totally eliminate your chance of getting pregnant is to not have sex at all. :)
