Okay, so I started my diet on around Tuesday, and what I'm doing is cutting out unhealthy snacks and substituting them with like healthier ones. and now I'm also starting to run with my brother. I have a habit of going on diets and then stopping them as soon as I lose a few pounds but I want to do something that will keep me on track and ENJOYING the diet, not doing it because I need to and want to and because it seems like one extra chore.
what are some more good ways to lose weight healthy and affectively?
by the way I'm 15, 5'2 and around 180 pounds (overweight for my height) so this diet needs to work.

Sports is another good and fun way. Grab a basketball and head to the park for a few games.
