I am a 29/f that loves to listen and try to help out. I have always been the one people go to for advice. I will tell you how I feel about it. If you don't like my answer, I'm sorry. However, usually what I say is true, people just can't handle the truth.

Please help =]! It was my first time the other night, and I knew sex is supposed to hurt first time, at least, or at leat be uncomofortable. However, when it got to the point, it was so painful it became unbearable. Please help, could someone please give me advice on how to prevent it being so painful and help my understand why it was =]?

That's wonderful that you have a man that is understanding, they're hard to find. Now, for the pain part. Sometimes, when you are new to sex, you start to tense up. It's possible that you weren't expecting the full amount of pain you were going to have the first time, and you clinched up making it hurt worse than before. I sympathize with you on the painful sex problem. I'm 29, married with two children, had my tubes tied, and had my fair share of sexual experiences, and I still get pains. Mine are from ovarian cysts though. That is another possibility for you as well. If it gets to bothersome, please go see a doctor to make sure that you are okay. Also, I hate to sound like a mom, but make sure you are having protected sex, even the sweetest of guys could have a disease, or get you pregnant. Good Luck, and I hope you feel better soon!!

But I think after the first time the pressure has gone... It was the worst it could be, so, nothing else could possibly make it worse, and I can only look up for the best :D!
