this might sound weird but
my ears are like super dry (inside i mean), they don't hurt or anything (not an ear infection!) but they are like just dry and bother me
i heard that you should put a bit of oil? but what's that about?

I would suggest seeing a doctor. Oil could help or it could make it worse. Since you aren't sure what exactly it is, ask your doctor. They'll most likely check for any infections or see why it's dry and prescribe you with something.
