is a 5x optical zoom camera a good camera to get good pictures from a distance far away?? _(link)

how far away? probablt not really good... i have a 5x, and it doesnt do it too well. how many megapixels? and digital zoom?

wow thats a damn good camera, yeah it will look great at 50 feet away.
