i am not fat. i know that. however i have what my mom likes to call a "buddah belly" which is like the area where my belly button is a bit big. ive tried crunches and ab work outs. is there a certain diet i should start? or a specific work out that will make my stomach flat? i would really love to get in shape before summer =] thanks so much !

I don't recommend a diet. Unless you have been eating to where you get full if you do then eat what you normally do but just enough to hold you until you will eat again. On the workout just keep working on abs crunches, situps, leg lifts. start out doing 3 sets of each (25 of each 3 times) then just keep going up every other day in sets. Don't work out every day 3 times a week is good. Best of luck
