I went out with this guy for a short period about a year ago,and when i told him i didnt want to date him anymore, he said hopefully we would be able to date again. I love him more now than i ever did then, and I feel like my time has past, but I really would like for him to know how i feel. How do I do that?

you could either tell him straight up, or just give him little hints that aree cuute[: either way, he'll get the point[: if he loves you too, your time surely hasnt passed. hope i helped[:
