are all youtube videos blurry?

You can't expect much from such highly compressed codecs. They're blurry because they're so small so that people on dialup can view them. Some are better than others, such as these; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pK4bLMd0avU

a lot of it has to do with how many people have re-recorded the video. The more people re-record, especially if they're re-recording from a youtube video that's already been degraded, the blurrier the picture gets.
