(Rating: 5) thank you! the messaging thing is because he hates texting he always calls me but he never texts me first. he says most guys hate texting so i asked my friends and brothers and they ALL hate texting! but i love texting so i am gonna dump him if he wont do what i want cuz i am the girl and he needs to make me feel special so it doesn't matter if he hates it or not he needs to make me happy right?

(Rating: 5) defntly best advice i got , well we've been hanging out but just as friends like nothing has happened between us last time we kissed was 2 weeks ago, i dont want to talk to him about it cause im just nervous and also i guess i find it hard to believe that he might be just a player ,eventhough we've been friends for a while( he had a long distance relationship so thats why he almost never got to see his gf unless she would travel to our country or he would, like he did several times ) and we starting kissing one day we where drinking, not drunk but just maybe a couple beers but wherent drunk so i first thought it was unintended (maybe alcohol did it who knows) but then it continued happening for the next days. anyway i met with him and his best friend on friday and his friend took a picture with me and i asked if his gf wasnt going to be jealous, and he said , no cause she knows you ( i dont know her personally or anything) and i said it and he said well,, she knows you are going out with him (his friend) and that just kind of made me more confused about it . also im affraid if i do what you said (about beraking the cycle and taking control of the situation cause i just feel like he has it ,cause seems like he can kiss me whenever he wants to and then go cold fish) hes that kind of guy that go like im not chasing anybody..pride things so im affraid he'll take it the wrong way like ok we're just friends, anyway i guess that what i should do,,

(Rating: 4) i did not say that i wanted anyone to go looking for it online im not an idiot. I meant that if anyone knew the brand and could give me proof that it was that brand then that'd be great. Besides i found out what it was because another girl saw it online when shopping for perfume. But thank you for your help but just a hint: You're the one who should be looking for it on the internet. (Rating: 5) Thanks, and I have no idea why we're poor. My mom doesn't work, never did, and recently broke her foot so maybe medical bills are not going good. My dad I think is getting pay cuts. He told me a few weeks ago that he took the pager just so I could do Drivers Ed and I appreciated it and then he told me he doesn't know anymore. I got angry for no reason, and I felt extremely bad. Expensive gifts dont matter to me at my birthday, what I meant was like if I can have friends even over or not because I don't know if my dad can afford like food, and he usually buys movies on demand, and all of this extra stuff we don't need. And if a parent teaches me to drive at home, do I still have to take drivers ed?

(Rating: 5) If there was a "six" rating, I'd give it to you. This answer was incredibly well thought-out. To address a few things you had mentioned... My issue with not taking action towards Jean as of yet is that I am slowly trying to in some way get her to reciprocate what I feel for her. I don't want to make a move when our relationship is the way it is now. The other big issue is she has a lot of guy friends, and it's always hard for me to watch her being flirty with them. Also, to get this straight, I now know that I was never in love with her. I hold no delusions there. I had a very strong infatuation, and I still do. Can we last? Are we right for one another? I have no idea. But I feel as though last time, we ended very abruptly, like we had a shot that never fired. I want us to have SOMETHING, even just to settle my mind. I didn't hug her when the VP was there because I didn't want to implicate myself in the matter with the VP, and because the VP didn't want to wait up. Thank you!

(Rating: 5) Thanks so much that makes me feel a lot better. I believe the reason that they hate him so much is because they are judging him from when they met him and he was 14 years old. They think he's unstable and not capable of supporting a family and a future. If all of us were judged from when we were 14 and completely immature, the world would be a pretty different place. I can't seem to get it through their heads that he's not the same as when they met him and hated him because he was irritating. Anyways, thanks again :)

(Rating: 5) The main purpose of my question centers around the idea of many religious people think that God is somehow essential for life to have meaning or purpose. Without some higher power, in other words, they think life cannot have any objective purpose or meaning. But that always makes me wonder what God's objective purpose or meaning could be? God is not subject to a higher power! And unless you define God as "meaning" or "purpose", then I really don't see how an appeal to such a being or thing can resolve the issue of objective purpose! I agree with many of your sentiments, but I think what you're getting at (I could be misreading you) is that purpose and meaning is relative and never objective. If so, I agree with you, and that's why I find the concept of God hard to accept in appeals to objective purpose.

(Rating: 5) thanks yes I have worn glasses before I told my mom that I needed new ones because that they were pinching me and that i could see my self when putting my old ones on and so she took me to the eye doctor and got my eyes checked with the new frames now but when I got them yesturday i put them on and it kind of seemd weird when putting them on I cant see far away if thats what you were asking me but thanks for your help I really do aprecciate the help and you give great advice you were the best on to answer my question yet all the other people said just to try to get new frames and that all they said but you actually gave really good advice and now I am gonna veiw you column and add you to my favorite : )

Especially the problem with what he did to my sister and the problem with is player friends. I've discussed this with him and told him that I don't like that some of his friends are players and then he tells me, "There really not my friends." But he hangs out with them ALOT. So it just worries me is all. I believe things will get better as long as I can trust him and so far I do... but if he starts acting shady THIS girl is outta there!
