I might be moving and I was just wondering if ahnyone had some tips or advice for moving. I would start a new school my sophmore year and was also wondering is it really hard to make friends in high school when your new??? Im pretty much just nervous about maing friends and being new and stuff. I can make friends relatively well because im pretty outgoing and friendly but im worried i wont fit in. And tips for making the adjustment would really help! Thanks so much and i will rate all helpful advice!!!! Thanx :D
I moved about 5 times when I was in school... and once was right before my sophomore year, so I know how it is! It's so sad to leave your old friends, but it's also really exciting to start fresh in a new place, a new house, new school! But anyways... the best way to start making friends is to get involved in some sports, clubs or activities right away. That way you'll meet people who share your same interests and it will be easier to find people you really have things in common with. Like the person below me said, everyone wants to meet the "new kid", and if you're friendly and outgoing, you won't have any problem!
