15/f. I know this guy..and well, on MSN last night, he told me that this girl he met online [his gf] was going to visit him (she never met him before and would be traveling from another country)...and well, I know about her. And I don't like her AT ALL...and all of a sudden...he comes to me with "[name]'s coming to visit me for a couple of weeks :D!!" and I'm all *thinks*..uhmmm why the hell do I care..? so now he keeps on bothering me about it and mentioning it. I really don't give a shit. What should I say?
You should keep your feelings to yourself on this one, and not say anything. She's his girlfriend, so obviously he likes her and he's excited about seeing her. It's natural that he would want to share his excitement with someone. If you say anything negative about her, or tell him that you don't want to hear about it, it's going to make you look mean, catty and jealous. And I'm sure you don't want to make that kind of impression, because it sounds to me like maybe you like this guy and that you ARE a little jealous... am I right? If you want him to think good things about you, just be nice. Next time he mentions it, say, "Oh, cool. That sounds like fun." If there's something wrong with this girl, he'll figure it out on his own.
