I want my life back.. I mean I am not being person i want to be... I really feel blah these days. i mean I lost my best guy friend becouse he hase gf and he never talk to me even we are friends, and all my friends in collage and nobody really keep in touch me in Facebook or myspace. and I need a new site something that show me alot of encourgement.. i am tired being treat like a kid and people talking at me.. I am 22 years old and a child a heart but i just wish people see me way i like them to see me.. i am soo trired of this. i not kind of person be deppressed.. so anybody have any sites all like about postives Sorry bad speller but anyway way i sound.. someone help me out. i use think alot of psotive ans stuff but lathy my head been spinning and feel like its not with me anymore. i letting my head spend more then i listen to my heart like i am soppose to thanks.. I found a website that said that we create our reality. If we believe we are depressed, we are; if we believe that there are positive aspects to our life then we will feel happier. Write down three things that are great about your life. Post them around your house and read them aloud several times a day. Reading these phrases will eventually replace the negative thoughts.

Habits form in about 21 days, so for 21 days no matter how you feel, do something positive that makes you feel better.

Instead of focusing on how you're feeling now, try focusing on how you WANT to feel and what you want to achieve in so many amount of months/weeks/days. Write your ideas down and develop little action steps that will bring you closer to your goal. Each week/day make sure that you have taken a step no matter how big or small. It helps you see that you can rebuild your life/confidence/etc., gives you something to aim for, and gives you the feeling of being in control of your own happiness.
