whats some healthy american-chineese food at the resturants?
i'm starting to eat healthy.
and i want to keep it that way when i order.

Just look for the basic veggies (or fruits) because anything with your vegtables is great. Grilled chicken is good too. If you want rice try to have it be whole grain, not white. Go for lean meats. Turkey and chicken are good, and sea food too. You can probably get anything you want but just make it good sized. If its too big, eat half and save the rest for another day. It's not bad to eat out once and a while, just not every day. Hope this helped
