can someone give me a daily workout "routine" or plan that would give me effective results.
also, im a vegetarian, so if you could give me any good low calorie recipes and such, id be reallllly grateful.
thanks xox
Diet & exercise is very important in losing weight or even toning up. Since you're trying to target your legs, thighs, & your stomach, here are a few websites-

For daily routines, I would suggest working out 3-5 days a week. Most people like doing the monday-friday routine & then taking a break on saturday & sunday. You do not have to exercise every day.
Start out by exercising 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. You can up your amount to 4-5 days a week after you get used to it. Try keeping a steady schedule. For a warm up, jog for 20 minutes & then do a 10 minute brisk walk. After that 30 minutes, go into your toning exercises. You can choose from the websites I posted or you can choose your own. Pick any 5 exercises & do those in intervals of 2. Meaning do the exercise for at least 1-2 minutes, relax, & then do it again. You should be exercising for approximately an hour a day, unless you want it to be more intense. If so, you can walk/jog/run for an hour & then do 30 mins to an hour of toning exercises.
