heyy im nikki and im 13
well i have a really cute and hot boyfriend and he tells me to come meet him which fine ... but i get very bord like all my boyfriends i have put there arms around me and kiss my neck and all that and hook up with me and stuff but this one hugs and kisses me but how do i tell him to put his hands arnd me ?? is he fridget to hook up with me coz hez like to me "don't be fridget, lol" and im not ..should i be making the first move or should he ??

You could hold his hand, and play with his hair.
Hopefully he'll get the hint and start getting more hands on with you. Or you could just tell him, he might be to shy to put his arms around you and what not.
