Does this guy like me if i sit in the back of the room and he sits in the front row...and he asks me for a pencil? If every time i look at him he is looking at me and quick turns around again! because i like him

It is a possibility but it depends on your relationship with the guy.
If you're friends with him and he's always turned around and asks you for a pencil it may mean that he's not close to any of the kids that sit near him.
But if you aren't friends and don't talk that much except for that and he talks with the kids around him, it may mean that he likes you.
The pencil thing may also just be a way for him to be able to talk to you.
