Okay, well for starters make sure that whatever you're wearing isn't too thin because his preseminal fluid can soak through and get inside of you. It's not a sure thing that either of you will orgasm but you will both be very likely to be aroused. Dry humping implies that you're both wearing clothing, so there isn't much of a risk of you getting pregnant or getting std's.
