About DeadMemories

Hey guys! I used to be GreenDayWillRockYou (aka GD) here at Advicenators. I'm 16 years old, currently a Junior in high school and would be more than happy to help anyone with their problems. I can almost relate to anything, so send the questions away! :)

When I plug my ipod into my computer, my computer and itunes do not recognize it. My computer recognizes that something has been plugged in. My ipod just says "do not disconnect" and doesn't do anything else.
I've reset my ipod, updated all my apple stuff, reinstalled itunes...I don't know what else to do.

It's the iPod. I got an iPod Shuffle for Christmas last year and it did the same thing to me. Take it back and tell them to give you a new one.
