Q: Heyy...
I'm a 13 year old girl and I just got my period for the first time...today I was out in the cold running around with no bra on...just a shirt and now my breasts are all tingley and feel funny not bad,just funny.Is this normal ?

Yeah, that's completely normal. When you get your period, sometimes you breasts/nipples feel a little sore and tingly, as you say. This happens due to hormones. This could also be due to the cold weather, which coupled with the fact that you're on your period, could make your breasts feel that way.
