okay you know in that song "cupid's chockehold" by the gym class heroes? there's this one line in the chorus "i never seem to get a lot"

does that have any sexual inferences? what do they mean by that?

i agree with the girl below me because if you just look at it by itself it does seem kinda sexual. but then when you add the rest it is saying how special his new girlfriend is to him because he doesn't get a lot of girlfriends.
