Q: well basically the subject says it all. i'm 15 and in 9th grade and the guy i like is in 8th grade. but he has a girlfriend that is in 9th grade that goes to another school. i've never met his girlfriend, so i don't know how well their relationship is. but i REALLY like him, and it seems like he is flirting with me a lot. he is always IMing me, he says hi to me everytime we see each other in the hallway, he always bumps into me in the hall on purpose (but in a fun cute way), and he has a nickname for me. he is already a really friendly person, it just seems like i'm getting a little extra attention. anyway thats not the point. the point is he has a girlfriend but i like him. what can i do? should i try to flirt with him so maybe he will breakup with his girlfriend? or would that be mean and i should just back off?
oh and since he's in 8th grade i don't have any classes with him. what are some ways to talk more in or out of school without being obvious that i like him? we used to be in the play together but now the play is over and i don't get to hang out with him everyday after school for practice anymore.
