Q: hello. I am 13/f, 5'2 and i weigh about 138 pounds. Is that really overweigh? Also, what is the fastest most efficent way to lose weight other then the excerise and eat less? Is there a SPECIFIC exercise i should do everyday? -thanks ALOT

You can wear strap on weights on your arms and legs for a particular amount of time regularly but not to often and then just carry on with your regular activities.It's tiring but your metabolism will be really high.You sould try excercises that are fun like swimming and tennis/squash anthing you like.That is the best way to loose weight because you're doing it because you enjoy it.Eat lots of fruits and vegatables.Drink skim milk.If fruits and vegatables sounds boring.The're not.Get recipies for russian salad and thai salads from the net.If you want to eat junk food.First eat something healthy and then eat the junk food.If you live in a building and not a very high spsrtment use the stairs.Search in google for "BMI calculator".I don't know how much a pount is but muscle is much denser than fat.So is bone.BMI calculators and height/weight charts are not that accurate but they are approximate.
