If you have on demand for comcast,theres a section called "fitness" theres a ton of exercise workouts there they have the cardio and pilates workouts which really sculpt your body and help you lose those love handles.Theres this one workout that targets love handles that i do,you lay on the ground in a position as if you were going to go sit up and put your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground then go right with your right arm to your left knee and hit it then go with your left arm to your right knee and hit it you could do a couple sets of that.
