jealousyxo answered Thursday December 28 2006, 11:38 am: If you have on demand for comcast,theres a section called "fitness" theres a ton of exercise workouts there they have the cardio and pilates workouts which really sculpt your body and help you lose those love handles.Theres this one workout that targets love handles that i do,you lay on the ground in a position as if you were going to go sit up and put your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground then go right with your right arm to your left knee and hit it then go with your left arm to your right knee and hit it you could do a couple sets of that.

Well i do theese things called side sit ups. lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees us and bring your elbow to your alternate knee (like right elbow to left kneew) do that for about 3 set of 10. Their is no realy tmucles caleed your love handles haha i checked, so the best thing for you to do is work your lower abs, obliques, and butt. Here i found this site it's pretty cool and it gives better explinations than me haha,
