Answer: Everybody is different, I have no way of knowing how your crush expresses him/herself. The best way is to just ask them, you'll never get anywhere if you don't.

The other day I was thinking, and if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend and you kiss a friend. Like the person is totally just your friend and nothing more.. is it still cheating ?
Not if it was just a friendly kiss. However, you should talk to your boyfriend/girlfriend and make sure they know that that's what it is, and that they're okay with that. If they're not comfortable with you kissing other people, you should stop doing it...or break up. Whichever makes you happy.
