i am planning on running away from home. possibly to my dad's house. but are there like any laws that can stop me from doing so? like can i get put in juvy if i do run away and get caught? i cant take it in my house anymore. i just cant. i got to get out of here and soon.

Your best bet is to do things legally. Let your dad know that you would rather live with him. Then the case can be sent to court to get your legal residence changed to your fathers house.

If you are in physical or emotional danger where you are living now, tell the police. They can put you in your father's house while the case works its way through court.

There is also a hotline: "Our 24-hour crisis line has an experienced front-line team member ready to help you now. It’s anonymous, confidential and free. 1-800-RUNAWAY."

Here also is a helpful link of things you might want to consider before leaving.
