what exercises could i do to lose the most weight [[to make it show]] in 4 weeks? thats when im going to be meeting my crush *&& to be honest...im overweight. i dont just want to do this because of him, i want to do this to be healthier and more self-confident. i have a treadmill, so how about "speed-walking" for an hour maybe every other daii? i know all about the precautions [[staii hydrated,etc/]] thank you so much!

Hey. The treadmill would be good for your fitness level and weight yes. Just don't do too much. However, don't put a show on for a guy. Just be yourself. If he likes you then he will like you for who you are. :)
