I have this problem with guys not looking at my face. there always looking at my but or chest you have to practically yell at them to get there attetion. I neeed help of how to get them to notice my face . (link)

It's not your fault. It's just how they are. Guys like to gauk and stare. Something you have to learn to deal with. The kind of guys that won't look at your face aren't generally the guys that are going to respect you the most and appreciate what you have to say. Next time that happens, just say "Hey, why don't you try looking at my face for a change..." Or something like that. That way, you get your point across. If they don't like it..who cares. Now with all this said, if you are wearing things purposely to attract attention well then you really can't blame them! :)
