advice

i think i like a gay guy. i would ask him out if only he wasn't gay. hes cute but wears the same tight jeans that look like he got them out of the womens department everyday. i have no idea why he would wear that in the summer anyway. also with that outfit, he would wear a black shirt, black sneakers, volcom cap, and checkered belt. also only on one day he wore a different outfit. it was a marun (however you spell it, and if u don't no what i put, its that dark red and purplish color) shirt, plaid shorts, same belt and hat, and green sneakers. it looks like he took a pair of shorts out of my dad's closet. i don't know if hes gay or if he just doesn't have style. what do u think? and also i would like him if he wasn't "gay" and had better style. what should i do? thanks-♥

Been there, Done that. I'm an expert on this one.
1. If its just the way he dresses that makes you think hes gay, you still have a chance with him. A lot of STRAIGHT guys wear girl pants. It's not too big of a deal. Flirt with him and see if he flirts back. Look for signs, like does he have a lot of guy friends? If most of his friends are girls or other guys with questionable sexuality, he might be gay. but if he has a lot of guy friends who are definately straight, theres a good chance he is too. Talk to some of his friends and make something up like, "Didnt (your guy) date (a girl you know)?" and his friend will either be like, "no, hes gay" or "no, he didn't" and then you can be like, "oh well he must have dated a girl that looked like her because i swear i saw them at the movies" and see how they react.

2. If this guy actually ACTS gay, DO NOT waste your time. 6 months ago, i realllly liked this guy, he was so cute and sweet, but i thought he might be gay. Well one day he told me he liked me so obviously he wasn't gay and we started dating. Ohhh girl, let me tell you, it got annoying FAST. All the "cute, semi-gay" things he used to do were all the sudden REALLY gay and he didnt really act like a guy. I mean its one thing for a guy to like to shop...another thing for a guy to sit online for hours shopping off websites. Just trust me on this one - if he acts gay and its cute, it will NOT be cute for long. if you want to go for it..then just flirt with him big time and ask him to "hang out" so if hes gay, its not a "date". Say stuff like, "Orlando Bloom is so hott" and if hes like "yeah" then hes probably gay. if hes like "uhhh ok i guess" then hes probably not. but my advice is to NOT try to date him.
