I live in Harvey, Louisiana. Harvey is on the westbank of the New Orleans metro area, so yes I hate Katrina. But pretty much everything is okay now, it`s back to normal. i heard that lemons can help make ur hair lighter...does that really work?
and if it does, what do u do with the lemons?

yea, they make your hair lighter.. u sqeeze the lemon juice on your hair like.. shampoo!! and u let it set in the sun
