I'm14 and i'm not crash dieting but i'm trying to tigheten up my tummy for the summer but the thing is i really don't want my breats to shrink what do i do to loose weight while avoiding that?

by working out that doesnt mean your breast will shrink heh.. do crunches and run.. that will totally help you out alot.. i work out alot.. i run and do crunches too.. im still the same size. not very big but that has never changed heh.
