so im sick of being overweight. im 13 and weigh 167lbs..sad i know..but anyhow does anyone have any tips for losing wieght?

hey. if you want to loose weight. the best thing to do is to drink PLENTY of water. avoid snacking inbetween meals (especially the unhealthy ones). dont eat dessert. make sure to get at least 30 minutes of excerise a day. here is a site that you can look at. it has some great links:
