I Posted On Here Before W/ A Similair Question. I'm 15 && Five Two. I Used To Be Around 135. Now I Am Around 129. My Question Is, How Much More Weight Should I Loose To "Look Good"? Don't Tell Me To Ask The Doctors (Already Have!) Or Go To Am-I-Fat.Com - I Want Your Opinion! Also, Any Tips On Loosing Weight? Can I Get Down To 122ish By June? Thanks! Ill Rate Fives As Long As You Answer My Question/Questions.
honestly - you prolly "look good" right now. but maybe try losing 5 - 10 lbs depending how skinny you want to look/be. tips on loosing weight.. hm. try cutting your protion sizes smaller. and drink lots of water - it keeps you full and you pee it all out. (i know sounds wierd, but its true!) also maybe try working out a little. not like going to the gym or something but like while your watching tv do situps during commercials or something like that. if your really daring try running. and yea, you can deffinitally get down to 122 by june. as long as your motivated. which it sound like you are so yea.
