Normal Weight?

I Posted On Here Before W/ A Similair Question. I'm 15 && Five Two. I Used To Be Around 135. Now I Am Around 129. My Question Is, How Much More Weight Should I Loose To "Look Good"? Don't Tell Me To Ask The Doctors (Already Have!) Or Go To Am-I-Fat.Com - I Want Your Opinion! Also, Any Tips On Loosing Weight? Can I Get Down To 122ish By June? Thanks! Ill Rate Fives As Long As You Answer My Question/Questions. <33

I think that you probally look really good right now, but I hope that you want to lose this weight for yourself and not about what other people might think of you. There is a possible way to get down to 122 by June but the healthiest amount of weight that you should be loosing is about 2-3 pounds a week. You don't have to starve yourself or anything and please don't. Eat your normal foods and eat less calories a day. You should try eating about 1500 a day. Eat the right amount of everything. I'm not saying that you shouldn't have any cookies or chips, but if you do have a handful of chips and have 1 or 2 cookies and don't make it your everyday rutine. Have healthy snacks. If you don't like fruit, make a fruit smoothie. It's better. Exercise is also a very important part of toning your body. Walking and swimming are really good so walk for about an hour a day and do other exercises in between. You can go to www.toneteen.com and go to fitness and there will be exercises for each part of the body. If you also go to www.seventeen.com and go to health, there are video clips of good exercises. Good luck & make sure you stay healthy.

honestly - you prolly "look good" right now. but maybe try losing 5 - 10 lbs depending how skinny you want to look/be. tips on loosing weight.. hm. try cutting your protion sizes smaller. and drink lots of water - it keeps you full and you pee it all out. (i know sounds wierd, but its true!) also maybe try working out a little. not like going to the gym or something but like while your watching tv do situps during commercials or something like that. if your really daring try running. and yea, you can deffinitally get down to 122 by june. as long as your motivated. which it sound like you are so yea.
