okay i'm getting my hair done today and this is the hair i want

except i want it longer, but i'm afraid my stylist wont know what i'm talking about and do it wrong! so i need like advice or a picture that could describe the hair i want

fyi, that hairstyle normally looks better when you straighten your hair!
