What You Do? Nothing. Cause if the girl that YOU like likes YOU then she will go out with you. I had the same problem with guys until someone *internet* slapped me and I woke up from lala land! :) But don't worry. Try making her Jelous. It sure the hell worked for me when my ex flirts with my Best Friend! P.S They are PLENTY more girls probably think your hot anyway. you could make her like you (maybe) by flirting with her BEST friend! That is if she likes you!
