Ok so my friend asked this guys out for me that I really didn't know. He said "Well I really don't know her so not right now". So is he thinking 'No I won't go out with her or was he thinking what he sayed to her? Plz help! I really like this guy!

What he said is exactly what he means. Usually guys wanna get to know a girl a little better before actually going out with them. So maybe you should hang out with him some more so he can get to know you, then he might go out with you. ♥
