I'm getting advice for my friend.. Ok, well my friend is going out with this great guy, adn when she told her mom that he liked her.. She ssaid taht she should only be friends with him.. How can she tell her mom they are going out without hurting her feelings???

She should ask her mother why she can only be friends with him. If he really is a great guy, then maybe her mother would be cool with her going out with him. See if her mother will let a "friend" come over =P then see if he can charm her.
If her mother likes him, then get him to ask for permission to go out with her daughter.
There's no need to tell the mother that she's already going out with him, just make her happy with it happening. If she's not going to be happy with it, then there are only two options. Keep it secret (which won't work), or hurt her mother's feelings.

Hope her mother likes him!
