I think you should ask the first guy out because he's hot (you say) and you KNOW he likes you. You don't need to JUST look at looks. You shouldn't just look at an ugly person and assume he/she must be weird. But good looks are good and hey, you don't want an ugly boyfriend, right?You also want someone with a sense of humor and who is funny and always makes you laugh and cheers you up when you're sad. He seems caring AND hot and that is a REALLY rare combination.
Usually, hot guys think their too good for everyone because they know they can get any girl they want and for him to be hot AND funny, that's really rare... BUT GOOD!
The second choice would be the sweet one. Again, you KNOW he likes you because he asked you out. You want one who cares a lot about you. You want one who knows what's wrong, just by looking in your eyes and he seems like that guy. I think he should be your second choice.
Your third choice is (of course) your friend who is less hot and annoying. You DO NOT want an annoying boyfriend, one who is weird, one who makes people stare, you don't want that. It's embarassing.
Also, there is a chance of him saying "No." because he has not shown any sign of really liking you, except flirting a little but hey, GUYS LOVE TO FLIRT. You have to know that JUST because a guy flirts with you doesn't mean he really likes you. Sometimes, guys flirt just you to THINK that, ask him out, and then he gets in your pants. That has happened to people. All I'm saying be careful. Your friend would probably never do that but still... he's the least out of the two.
That's MY oppinion, meaning you don't HAVE to choose the guy I would. Do what you think your heart would follow. Actually, you should let your heart lead.
