Tell her that people come and go and her boyfriend will MOST LIKELY ask for her back, unless he's a senseless, rude, annoying, emotionless jerk! Good boyfriends always go back to his exgirlfriend and say, "I love you, I miss you, and I want you back... please!" and they BEG you and BEG you. If he cheated on her and she broke up with him because of it, tell her that SHE WILL find a perfect guy, everyone does. If he cheated on her, he's not even worth stressing over and he's not even worth crying over and he doesn't even deserve to live! He should PAY for his actions...
He shouldn't get the satisfaction of her saying sorry for something he did.
If what he did was very minor, I think you should tell her that she should tell him that she still loves him and wants him back but he has to love her and want her back too.
I really hope and WANT this advice to work. It should make her feel better AND get her and her boyfriend back together, if he did something very minor, that is...

I don't have an older sister... I AM one! I know that when I break up with MY boyfriend or HE breaks up with ME, my little sister will come around and make my life SO MUCH BETTER! Don't worry! You can really make you sister feel better... just tell her that there is a man out there looking for her... he's the PERFECT guy out there and it's HER job to find him and that guy is her boyfriend, she should be with him!
