I have a really cute guy friend name"Brock Bumbarger" & we have been friends for 3 years now. We hang out all the tim, and go to the movies together!! Last august on my 15th b-day he kissed me, like making out wise & ever since then I have been confused. Everyone says we should just admit we like each other. I so want to tell him how i feel, but i am scared he might reject me & I would know what to do if he did. What should I do? (link)

I don't think he'd reject you I mean he kissed you on your 15th birthday. Hopefully, he doesn't just want to be friends with benefits but I highly doubt that. I think you should give it a shot and tell him how you feel and ask him if he slightly feels the same way. If he rejects you just say I understand where you are coming from. That you might not want to go out with me because you may think it's awkward or you don't want to screw up our friendship, because me as well would rather have a friendship than nothing.
