i had my period for about 3 months. i never told my mom because she died.. so now i have a step mom and we were never close. i was planning to wait until she asks me if i have it and then say yeah. but im afraid she'll never ask. if ur wondering how i get my pads i get them from my step sister. should i wait?? please help ASAP!!
Your period is very personal. Feel free to keep it to yourself, unless you have a question or need help with something. If you really want her to know, you could try telling her that you need pads next time she goes to the store. That should open up conversation about the topic. Otherwise, it doesn't matter if you ever tell anyone. Only tell people if you are comfortable with it, because it really is no one's business but yours.
