Q: Okay, well.. I've known this kid for like, ever! Since he moved here. And I was his FIRST friend when he moved up here. Well, anyways.. I liked him when I was little. But then I thought, that's kinda weird cause he's my best friend..So then I just started to like him this year. And, I tried to get over him, but I can't. What's your advice for me? What should I do???

You're not the only one who has been in this situation. I have. I have known this boy since I was 2 years old and I started liking him a long time ago but then, my best friend started liking him so I stopped. Then, when she stopped, I started liking him again. And we ended up going out.
The catch is go for it! You know him really well, which will make your relationship work!
You will know what he likes and you will know everything about him. Therefore, you know that he will not do anything to break your hearts because you guys are best and will continue being best friends until the day you die. Relationships like that never fade.
Those kind of relationships are the best ones a person can have. When you like your best friend (opposite OR same sex) and you end up going out with him/her, you'll have a REALLY good relationship because you know each other so well.

Flirt a little and if he starts to hesitate or pull back, stop but if he smiles and finds to like it, keep going!
