I'm an 29 year old guy.
I'll always do my best to give well considered and sincere advice - give me your best shot. P.S. Don't be afraid to ask me private questions, I rarely spend a lot of time answering non-private questions.

o.o There is apparently a FORUM for me if you would like to talk about random non-advice stuff. Take off your shoes!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any foods that make you feel full but contain very few calories?

Thanks =)

Nutritionally speaking, anything with a lot of fibre will fill you up, but you can't digest the fibre so you won't get heaps of energy from the food. There's a lot of fibre in vegetables like celery, carrots, oats, and grains. Fruit will generally have an o.k. amount of fibre, but stay away from apples-they're mostly sugar. Drink a lot of water, it fills you up for a while, and flushes anything nasty from your system. A general rule of thumb is that the more it's processed, the less fibre it's got, and the less fibre it's got, the more junk they have to replace the fibre with. Whole-grain bread is a lot better than white, I'm not sure about those "wonder-white" products which claim to have fibre, I wouldn't trust them personally.
Just as an after-note, and I'm presuming you are trying to control your weight...whatever you do, never compromise your health by eating too narrow a range of foods, the body needs nutrients in moderation, and if you're overweight, not eating for 3 days is going to do much more harm than good.
There's a lot of nutritional information on the web, maybe if you wanted specifics you could go there. Also, I don't know where you live so I can't say for sure, but there should be calorie rating information on food packets for packaged foods. The less calories, the less energy.
