this guy found me on myspace and said i was really cute. hes really cute too and he said he just moved to my city. and he told me where he lived by and its really close to me. well he was like can i do a mapquest? cause im not sure how close u live. i wasnt thinking and i gave him my address and stuff for mapquest. now hes always like we should hangout and stuff. and hes like just turned 18. and he always talks about how much he drinks..and smokes...and i dont know im worried. what if he like comes to my house or something?..... Well, this kind of a dangerous situation because you really don't know who this guy is at all. Even though you may think you have seen a picture of him, he could have even lied about that. I think the best thing for you to do would be to first sever all ties with the guy. I know that on My Space you can put people on a block list. Right? So try doing that. MAYBE just this suttle adjustment will give him the hint. Also, before you do this you may want to send him a note and say something along the lines of I really don't meet people from off the internet, and my parents wouldn't like that very much either. This way you might scare him because you mentioned your parents and you told him you aren't interested. Also, if you have been talking to him on any other Instant Messaging service, block him. And lastly, if you really feel you safety is at stake, or he makes contact with you again by creating new sns and such, tell your parents. They may be angry with you for giving out that information, they may even ground you from the net, but in a worse case senario, giving them that information could save your life. :)
