im goin into highschool next year and im kinda scared... can anyone thats been or has been a freshman help me? i am so afraid of the work... and i dont wanna go just yet. some one help me get over my fears please...! BWLNG FR SP FAN
I am a Freshman this year and I know exactly how you feel. I cried on the first day when my mother was dropping me off I was begging her to let me play sick for just one day but she wouldnt let me. But once I got in ther and started my first period it was fine, you see there are going to be some people you know in atleast 1 of your classes. So I hung out with the people I knew and after a while I started to " mingle " with the other teens there. Then I had alot of friends and I loved it. And now that my Freshman year is almost over I'm kinda sad to leave all my friends and some of my teachers. If your afraid about the work, Dont worry. I know most people tell you that you get TONs of homework and schoolwork but the truth is that 4 classes a day for 84 min. isnt that bad, the teachers mostly dont want to talk/teach for that long so they will mostly just give handouts and things like that. but it depened on what teacher you have. I get a little homework, but since I have the Aday Bday thing I have 4 classes on Aday and 4 Classes on Bday so I dont have one class 2 days in a row which makes it easier to do my homework. Also dont worry about the type/hardness of the homework. your not expected to know this stuff thats why they teach it to you. plus theres always a teacher there to help you out. they are usually leaner on the first week of school so you can find your classes and get into the swing of things....well I hope I helped!
