I am 19 and haven't dated in a year becuase i am tired of going out with people i know will not really mean anything. I recently started hanging out with an old friend, in which we get along great. One night a group of four people were debating and me and her agreed on everything. She is a very sweet girl and we share a strong passion for God. After my last breakup i kinda started to go away from god somewhat, and recently I have been coming back to him, and she really makes me want to countinue strengthening my walk with god. That's a pretty freaking big problem, pal. You do realize that the age she is right now is the age where she'll probably change the most, while you're just now probably figuring out what your going to do with your life. Answer this for me, why is it so important for you to have a romantic relationship with this girl? I figure that's why you came to an advice site. Why does your relationship have to reach a level passed friendship? Honestly, I don't think it has to. Just keep your faith, worry about school or work or whatever you do, and remain close friends with her. I wouldn't advise dating her right now.

wow, thats what i've been thinking too, but my view of dating isn't really a matter of i want to get with her, its more of I want to wait to do anything until where married and save ourselfs for that. This is why I say i want to just stay friends becuase thats all it would be to a secular word, but in my eyes it would be dating becuase i would save myself for her as she would for me. I donno....but i really loved your advice
