I`m a senior in high school. I`m turning 18 soon but my boyfriend will still be 17. If we have sex after my birthday, will that be illegal?

DEPENDS WHAT STATE!! i live in michigan and if u did u could have sex right now! Theres the consent age. It's different in every state it's usually 16-18. go to this site http://www.ageofconsent.com/ageofconsent.htm and find ur state! hope this helps!
