I have always heard that if your wrapper of a Tootsie Roll Pop has the indian shooting a star you can send it in to get a free Tootsie Pop. Is this actually true, and if so who do you send it to? _(link)

I'd just like to say that this is a good question. MFS aleady answered, so it's pointless for me to repeat. I'll just say that it's better than the typical, mundane relationship crap that a lot of people have asked in the past.
